Programming

OpendTect is a software system written in C++. Internally, OpendTect almost exclusively uses open source tools, and it is built using the 'open' GNU C/C++ compiler. For the standard user interface TrollTech's Qt library is used. 3D graphics and manipulation are provided by the 'Open' OpenInventor implementation COIN from SIM. Other tools include MIT's FFTW and ARK CLS's Ideal workstation access
