[Developers] Pre-release of 3.2.1 available

The packages for version 3.2.1pre are at:

ftp://ftp.opendtect.org/pub/v3.2.1/pkgs

The interfaces have been frozen; we have a new 3.2 CVS branch.

Release 3.2.1 is expected by next week Friday, including new documentation.
