[Developers] Pre-release for new development release

The pre-release for OpendTect 4.1.0 is now available at:

ftp://ftp.opendtect.org/pub/v4.1.0/pkgs


Few interfaces have changed since 4.0. Compiling the 4.0 plugins with 
the 4.1 header files gives nothing spectacular:

* There are now 2D and 3D bend point finders (Algo/bendpointfinder.h) 
replacing IdxAble::getBendPoints().
* uiSliceSelDlg needs an extra parameter: const ZDomain::Info&. See 
Basic/zdomain.h.
* Got rid of LineStyleDlg (uiTools/uisellinest). No replacement.
* The class DateInfo has been seriously reworked.

The 2 GB file limit on Win32 should be gone in 4.1.0 (there will be a 
patch (read: hack) in 4.0.1f for this, too).


Release planned for next week.
