[OpendTect_Developers] can anybody tell me where is the "ErrMsg()" function is ?

hi evrybody,
    I am reading the source code of opendtect, and I can't find the the funciton of  " ErrMsg(const char*,bool progr=false) " which appears many times in the codes。Can anybody tell me where the funciton is ,or which file is the function in?
