[OpendTect_Developers] Assert Problem

Hi Kristofer,
thanks! Setting the DTECT_APPL variable did the trick for running
OpendTect under Mac. Still have to check the release build under Linux.
By the way, the current CMake files which come with OpendTect 4.4.0 are
missing the include folders for the simvoleon headers. I had to add them
manually, since they are included by some OpendTect C++ files.
