[OpendTect_Developers] Access horizon and fault geometry data

Hello, David,

for the triangulated mesh of Horizons and faults, you can look at  examples
in explplaneintersection.cc/explfaultsticksurface.cc in Geometry,  they are
done based on IndexedGeometry, which will give you coordinate indices of
they own triangulated mesh, they may depend on the geometry type they have.
If the type is triangles, for horizons, every 3 indices give you a
triangle, for faults, will be 4 indices (3 vertices plus -1 as a separator
index).
