[OpendTect_Developers] Failed to compile OpendTect on MSVC2010.

Hi Michael,

OpendTect 4.4 is built against Qt 4.5.3. It seems you have been using Qt 
4.8.4 for OpendTect 4.4.

Qt 4.8.4, is not supported for OpendTect 4.4

So I would suggest to use Qt 4.5.3 to build OpendTect 4.4.
