Dear OpendTect user,

It is our pleasure to inform you that we have scheduled a 5-days (Feb
18-22, 2013) OpendTect training course in Enschede, The Netherlands. This
training course will start with three days of OpendTect introductory
training followed by two days to work on your dataset using OpendTect.
During the first three days, the participants will be trained in all
aspects of OpendTect. You will get an opportunity to apply the cutting edge
techniques of OpendTect: seismic attribute analysis, seismic object
detection (fault detection, fluid migration / chimney detection), neural
network clustering, seismic filtering and data enhancement, seismic
inversion and sequence stratigraphic interpretation. Participants will
learn the background of the techniques and would see the examples from all
over the world. However, the emphasis is given to hands-on training.
Participants will perform exercises on a given 3D seismic data set from the
southern North Sea (F03 Block in Dutch sector).
