3D HorizonCube Slider Join us for a Webinar on March 6

Reserve your Webinar seat now at:
https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/872247816 The HorizonCube is a 3D
map of the seismic data - all events in the seismic data are represented by
a horizon. While, the HorizonCube represents unprecedented richness and
detail that now can be used to understand the stratigraphy, the amount of
available information can be overwhelming and confusing. The HorizonCube
Slider is an interpretation tool developed to analyze the HorizonCube and
extract relevant information in formats such as isopach maps and geobodies
that are useful to the interpreter and can be used in downstream
applications such as reservoir modeling. In addition, the HorizonCube
Slider is an integration tool where stratigraphic interpretation can be
interactively combined with other data and attributes, such as structural
data (e.g. similarity, curvature), lithology attributes (e.g. AI) or DHI
attributes (e.g. AVO attributes). The HorizonCube Slider is especially
useful interpreting areas with depositional environments that are laterally
varying and complex, a typical example being the deep marine channel/fan
complex.
In this webinar we will first focus on the concepts behind and utility of
the HorizonCube Slider. Then we will give a hands-on demonstration in a
HowTo format that shows how to use the HorizonCube Slider in combination
with the new HorizonCube Density attribute to identify/locate depocenters
and map them in 3D using horizons and geobodies. We will then show how to
integrate multiple data types centrally in the HorizonCube Slider to
investigate the properties and prospectively of each depocenter.
At the end of the webinar the participant will understand when to use the
HorizonCube Slider, and both on conceptual and practical level understand
how to work with the HorizonCube Slider. *Title:* 3D HorizonCube Slider *
