[OpendTect_Users] Update to COLOP

Dear All!
A new release of COLOP application can be found on my website.(
http://www.peter.zahuczki.hu)
COLOP can calculate colour inversion operator and spectral blueing operator
based on amplitude spectrums exported from OpendTect.
Changes: QC plots of the operator, minor enhancements in tapering.
Concept and prototype of COLOP can be found as an IPython Notebook, which
can be downloaded also from my webpage.
