[Users] Benchmark OpendTect dip-steering plugin

Dear all,

For those of you using the OpendTect dip-steering plugin, please be
informed that I have recently benchmarked the various dip-steering
algorithms. The main conclusion is that the new BG steering algorithm
with median filtering yields similar results as compared to the default
FFT+++ algorithm at 10x the speed. For details, please see the benchmark
