Dear OpendTect User,
dGB Earth Sciences will be exhibiting at the AAPG annual conference in
New Orleans, next week April 11 to 14. dGB's David Connolly, Renee
Bourque and Friso Brouwer will be present in booth # 744.
On behalf of David, Renee and Friso, I would like to invite all
OpendTect users to visit our booth, to see the newest capabilities and
workflows in OpendTect, learn about dGB's service projects, ask your
questions to our experts, or just to say hello and provide us with some
feedback on OpendTect. In addition to our all-day on demand short-demos,
our scientist will give number of scheduled in-depth demos and
presentations on OpendTect and workflows, please see our schedule
<ftp://dgbusa_public:LonneKer@ftp.dgbes.com/dGB_at_AAPG2010_Schedule.pdf>.
David will also present an interesting OpendTect case study about
integrating gas chimney analysis on seismic data with surface
geochemistry data in a S-American onshore basin. His presentation is
titled "Integrating Hydrocarbon Migration Pathways Detected in Seismic
Data with Surface Geochemistry, and is co-authored by Roberto Garcia and
Jose Capuano of Capex SA. His poster will be part of the Theme I:
Petroleum Geochemistry poster session in the Exhibition Hall, Monday
April 12, between 1:15pm and 5:00pm. David will be the first presenter
in this afternoon session.
Finally, we still have available seats in our "Introduction to
OpendTect" class Friday April 9. Please go here

We hope to see you all in New Orleans!
Kind regards,
