[OpendTect_Users] optimize memory and GPU with opendTect

Dear OpendTect users,

I was wandering how to set up the memory /GPU management of opendTect.
I have several display and control problem whereas my memory is not 
fully used.

Ex: no overlay of volren in front of a seismic line/time-slice
no response of color bar changes and then after a (long) while, it works 
back

Any advice?
