This statement already rings some alarm bells. As you describe it, I
can't see how you could do that other than to overwrite previous line
work every time. The idea is to use the *same* 2D horizon. A 2D horizon
is a collection of horizon 'sticks' - one for each line. The 2D -> 3D
converter ('Derive 3D horizon') then grids the lot.
If you did that right (in other words, if your description is just a bit
odd), then I'd make sure you have the right parameters for the gridding.
A good first check is to use the 'extension' algorithm, which should
always give output no matter what. Then advance to better methods and
see what goes on.
