Greetings,

OpendTect v.4.6 is released with many new features. I am sure that you will
definitely be interested to learn what’s new in OpendTect. In the upcoming
OpendTect Training Course (Enschede, The Netherlands), we are going to give
you a detailed five days training course.
You will start digging OpendTect from the bottom. 
After that, we expect that you will become a ‘dTector’, what we normally
use in house for the OD masters.

Upcoming OpendTect Training Course:*

The course is suitable for the beginning/intermediate level users who
intend to learn all valuable plugins of OpendTect. The course will provide
you in-depth training of various techniques such as seismic attributes,
inversion, and sequence stratigraphy etc. The entire course will contain
several hand-on exercises. During the first three days, you will get
in-depth training of open-source as well as commercial plugins of
OpendTect. During last two days, you will mainly work on the HorizonCube
Technology [read more] and your own dataset. Therefore, we encourage you to
bring your own dataset on which you can apply OpendTect's workflows.
Furthermore, you must also bring your own laptops for this training. The
laptops should meet the following requirements:

Memory: +4GB RAM, 15GB free disk space
A decent Graphics card.
