Alex,

That looks suspiciously like an energy normalised cross-correlation. This
workflow might do the trick:

Import the values of the waveform model (its just one period of a cosine)
as an ascii wavelet (suggest you scale this so the sum of the squared
amplitudes is 1)

Convolve the waveform model wavelet to the traces using the "wavelet"
option of the Convolve attribute

Divide the previous result by the output of the Energy attribute on the
trace data for a window corresponding to the length of the waveform model
