[Developers] commit of the new attribute engine

Dear all,

I now put the code of the new Attribute Engine in the CVS repository. If 
you are using CVS then please wait before doing an update.

Some functionalities are not in yet, for instance the "evaluate 
attributes" function or the "3dfilter" attribute. They will be added as 
soon as possible.

We expect to have a developers' release by the 15th of August.
