[Developers] (Sub-)selecting ranges

Hi all,

I've noticed that many people don't know there are UI objects to get
ranges of inlines, crosslines, trace numbers and/or Z from users, with
or without step.

>From 3.2 you can find such objects in uiIo/uiselsurvranges.h . They are:

* uiSelZRange
* uiSelNrRange (inl, crl or trcnrs)
* uiSelSteps (select steps in inl/crl/trcnr separately)
* uiSelHRange
* uiSelSubvol
* uiSelSubline

The objects are nicely initialized to the survey setup defaults, when
possible.
