[OpendTect_Developers] OpendTect 4.3.0 pre-release 2

Dear all,

As you already know, with OpendTect 4.3.0 we have moved to Visual Studio 
2010 on Windows. There were a couple of issues associated with this 
shift and as a result we had to go for another pre-release on Windows 
64-bit. In order to maintain consistency across all platforms, we have 
re-built all the development packages. They are now available at

ftp://ftp.opendtect.org/pub/devel/pkgs/.
