[OpendTect_Developers] Confusion over 64 bit and Visual Studio Express 10

  Just a quick note that there may be some confusion about using Visual
Studio Express 10 to create 64-bit plugins. Visual Studio Express 10
doesn't have 64-bit compilers, but the Windows SDK 7.1 does. You can
install both of them (for free) and then after doing your "CMake", you
will be able to select a 64 bit configuration in Express 10. The
resulting DLL's appear to be generally compatible with the 4.3.1 beta
