Dear Ömer,

first of all, sorry for the late reply. In short, it seems that you have
two targets that have the same name:

Probably, there is a directory and hence a shared library called
Test_GestureRecognizers, and then you add an executable with the same name.
What happens if you just (for a test) calls your executable something else
than your directory name, i.e. plugins/Test_GestureRecognizers/A.cc and set

set ( OD_MODULE_PROGS A.cc )
