[Announce] New version 3.0.3

Dear all,

The new version 3.0.3 of OpendTect has just been released. This is a
release in the 'stable' branch, which means that it contains,
essentially, bug fixes only.

One change that must be noted is that we added the popular 'Coloured
inversion' and 'Spectral bluing' plugins by ArkCls into the Linux
'Complete package'.

A fix worth mentioning is for tracking. The problem appeared from time
to time or on certain machines only (mainly on Windows), during normal
tracking operations - causing a crash.
