[Users] Seed Point for horizon picking

dear all;

i would to ask a simple question about seed point.
What is the meaning of it? and how to deal with ? 

i has been tried to pick a horizon and fault but there
is an error message "can't create seed point". In the
manual explanation about seed point is not enough for
me (beginer)
