[OpendTect_Users] scale for color blended

Hello Andres,
To view color blended results on a horizon/inline/crossline/z-slice, you
must first load a "Color Blended" version to the tree. In the same manner
that you would load a regular inline/horizon/etc, you right click on the
item, ex: inline>load color blended. This will load four fixed color
attribute displays. The colors cannot be adjusted in this manner. If you
would like to use specific color scales for each attribute, you can work in
the normal manner, and just choose to set each attribute to display in a
semi-trasparent manner by right clicking on the attribute and selecting
"change transparency".
