Hi all,

I got this:

> I have Windows XP, first I installed the new version over the old one.
> It did nor work.

Oops - I had the same at home (Windows 2000). Then I installed the 
latest version of Cygwin after which it started immediately.

On my Linux installation it works out-of-the-box but then I had already 
installed gcc 3.4 there.


Hope you all can install smoothly now.
